Vanguard Member Monthly Membership Payments

Year-Long Membership Payments

Annual membership payments are refundable only on a quarterly basis for time not yet used. In computing the refund, the membership rate will return to the monthly fee of $27 per month for all quarterly portions of the year used, and the refund will be based on whatever remains.
